Search a settler name to list the land transactions recorded of a specific Lot & Concession in their township.
Ontario Settler Profiles:
Search a settler by name to see a report containing vital, church, land, wills & other historical ancestry documents.
Canadian Newspaper Notices of Settler Information & Religious Publications (1844-2019):
eg. The Toronto Star, The Globe & Mail, The Christian Guardian.
Birth, Marriage & Death Notices of Ontario before 1864, when vital events became mandatory to be registered with the civil authorities of the province.
The Land Records, General Registers, Probate & Estate Files for the Province of Ontario allows the user alternative information regarding an ancestors death.
FHL Settler's Mentioned in Books (SMIB) allows the user to search for mentions of settlers in the library of books that are not digitized by the FHL.
The Canadian Headstone Index (CHI) uses transcriptions of headstones, church burial books, trust cemetery books, OGS & FindAGrave, etc.
